Shipping

Domestic (Japan)
Orders are shipped via Sagawa Express.
・Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days. If a different timeframe is stated on the product page, that timeframe applies.
・Shipping may be suspended during extended holiday periods, such as Obon and the New Year holidays.

International
Orders are shipped via DHL Express.
・Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.
・We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Fees

Domestic (Japan)
・A flat rate of JPY 880, including cash on delivery fees
・Free shipping on orders of JPY 11,000 or more
※Deliveries to Okinawa, remote islands, and certain other areas are subject to a relay fee of JPY 2,200 (JPY 3,080 in total for orders under JPY 11,000; JPY 2,200 for orders of JPY 11,000 or more). For remote islands outside Okinawa, we will contact you before shipping and charge the fee separately.

International
・DHL Express shipping fees apply (from JPY 2,800). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
・Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price, so you will not be charged upon delivery.

Shipping to Taiwan
Taiwan Customs requires real-name authentication for all personal imports, and the recipient must complete this process to receive the order. After your order ships, DHL will contact you with instructions. If the process is not completed, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

Changing Your Shipping Address
・After your order is confirmed or handed over to the carrier, we cannot change the shipping address. Please contact Sagawa Express (domestic) or DHL (international) with the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
